I am sorry you feel this way, I have checked your order and you received this 1 day after you requested and we refunded your delivery charge.
I have listened to all calls and nobody was rude in any way.

Yes I only received my refund after I went directly through eBay. I requested a manager call back which I didn’t receive and if an employee stating “look so you want your items or not” is not rude I don’t know what good customer service is for your company
