Отзывы о Barnes Coaches

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It is especially disappointing to learn that your first experience with Barnes Holidays did not meet the expectations set by recommendations from your friends. I am sorry to hear that you were unimpressed with the level of service you received, particularly from the driver. We expect our drivers to be helpful, professional and attentive to the needs of all passengers, especially those who may require additional assistance when boarding or leaving the coach. Your comments regarding the lack of assistance and communication during the trip are concerning and do not reflect the standards we aim to provide. Please be assured that your feedback will be shared with the relevant management team so that the issues you have raised can be reviewed and addressed appropriately. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and regret that your first journey with us left you with an unfavourable impression. We hope we may have the opportunity to restore your confidence in Barnes Holidays in the future. Kind regards, Rachel Beechey Customer Experience and Feedback Manager
