Definately recommend BambooHR
Anytime I have to contact BambooHR I always receive fast and friendly service. The product is great and saves me several hours a week because of the syst4ems ease of use and efficiency.

My support requests are always answered within 48 hours and I would say more often than not within 24 hours.
