We're very sorry to hear that you feel this way. We always strive to provide the best service possible, and we did issue a full refund for your order to make things right and we have now changed our delivery partner in your area to ensure this does not happen again. We truly value our customers and take all feedback seriously. If there’s anything more we can do to improve your experience, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

We're so sorry that your cake didn’t arrive in time for Christmas—we completely understand how disappointing that must be. Unfortunately, it looks like the courier lost your order after it left us, which is truly frustrating. We did reach out to offer a replacement for New Year or early January, but if there's anything else we can do to make this right, please let us know. We truly appreciate your support and hope to have the chance to serve you again in the future. 🎂💙
