The bag didn't come up with the thermal cup holder as it was meant too. I have emailed the company twice and still not had a response. Recieved this bag 2 months ago now at least.

Hi, I am sorry that you did not receive your replacement cup holder. I investigated this further with our team and they instructed me that this was sent by Royal Mail 1st Class post. I can only envisage this was lost in the post and I can only apologise further. I would be very grateful for you to contact our customer service team whereby we can rectify this issue. Please also note that the customer service team have been working remotely due to the issues of COVID.
