We do advise on the returns form which will have been inside your parcel that if you have a faulty item that you contact us before returning this. As we do not always need the faulty item to be returned to us or if we do then we would provide a pre paid label for this. I have looked into your order and I can see that the coat has been refunded. Please could I ask for you to download the YODEL app and screenshot the photo of where the parcel waqs left, please send this to info@bcouturelondon.com and we can look into further for you and get this rectified as quickly as we can for you.
