Hi James. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review of your experience. I'm sorry to hear about your disappointment regarding paying monthly. Monthly option isn't available to all, I'm afraid. Paying monthly means entering into a Credit Agreement (like a loan) and a soft credit search is carried out at renewal to check for eligibility. If there's no option on the renewal for monthly payments, this means you do not meet the eligibility criteria, sorry. The benefit of paying by single payment though, is your insurance is cheaper overall, as interest would've been added on if paying by Credit Agreement.
