Hi, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review of your experience. I'm sorry to hear your home insurance price increased this year. I've logged your dissatisfaction around this. When assessing prices, underwriters look atfactors such as claims experiencewithin the postcode area that you live - if we've seen an increase in the number of claims (as examples; a rise in burglaries, storm & flood claims)we would deem this to be a higher risk & that would be reflected in the price. Overall, insurance is a risk-based premium and based on statistics. The premium is based on that perceived risk. It's great to see though that you benefitted from a discretionary loyalty discount.
