Making online changes

Was making changes to house insurance online and found it reasonably easy. Did have to go back and start again at one point but got there in the end!

Good experience

We have not had to make a claim with Axa either with the car insurance or for the house but renewing the policies was easy and we appreciated getting a reminder .
