Good afternoon, Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear about the level of service received. We aim to offer the very best level of service at every contact so we apologise for letting you down on this occasion. I have reviewed your policy today and can see that there was some confusion around the quote that was offered. This was regarding a voluntary excess. A manager reviewed the call in question and confirmed that the quote offered was correct and based on a price including a voluntary excess. We advised that the quote was still valid however we could not remove the voluntary excess and advised that this would increase the the premium. The reason that there may have been delays on the call was due to us needing to review the issue and also have a manager deal with this.
