First of all I am very sorry you are not satisfied with our services - we have been on the market since 1999 and it has always been our priority to provide quality tours and of course we treat every feedback very seriously.

As per the email we sent to you directly this morning, the gondola ride is available on two different basis  - as a shared gondola ride with other people departing at 3 pm and as a privata ride just for you departing at the time requested by the client. The shared gondola ride has a specific meeting point located at the entrance to the Royal Garden whereas the private ride, since it's arranged just for you,  it departs directly from gondola station where you can show up at the desginated time with a printed voucher. All the rides are always pre-booked with the gondola station and the gondoliers are aware of the reservation.

What I believe must have occured is that given that your ride was scheduled for 3 pm which is the same time we operate the shared gondola ride the gondoliers must have thought you were part of the 3 pm group hence the initial confusion at the check-in. We will investigate further with the gondola station to ensure the service is provided as scheduled.

I apologize for the inconvenience the situation must have caused you -it was definitely not intentional. September is a super high season and this occasionally may cause delays of the departures or some momentary confusion.  We are a serious company and we will offer you a partial refund.  We will also contact the gondoliers association to ensure all our bookings are honored by the local stations as booked. Thank you for making us aware of the situation.

Thank you for your feedback. Our tours depart from a very central location which is hard to miss - we are glad you found our meting point without any problems. I have checked our records and the tour voucher was sent to your e-mail address three times:  25th August 10.33 am local time, 29th August 8.25 am local time, 1st September 8.42 am local time. The emails didn't return to us so It seems that your email provider for some reason is classifying us as spam - did you check in the junk mail box also? It's probable all our emails with the voucher are there. We understand however you very much enjoyed the gondola ride and are satisfied with the experience. thank you for booking with us!

Thank you for your feedback about our boat tour. We are sorry if you are not fully satisfied with the experience. September is a very busy month in Venice as it's super high season in tourism. The area where our boats depart is usually pretty busy as there are several private taxis departing and agencies operating tours. Perhaps this gave you an impression the tour was not very well organized. We meet at the entrance to the Royal Garden with one of our guides holding a sign with tour name and our logo on it. All participants check in before they are divided into smaller groups max 8/9 people per guide. Each smaller group then proceeds with the guide to the dock to board the boat. Local boat coordinator advises each guide if the next boat is theirs and if they can begin boarding. We have been operating this tour for over 15 years and the guides who you meet at the check-in have been with our company for years. Our meeting point is very centrally located just 100m from St Mark's square which, as you know, is very popular with tourists so of course in peak season there are lots of people passing. Our guides do their best to guide the small groups to the dock in a smooth manner and begin getting on the boats as soon as it is logistically feasible. Thank you for your comments.

We are sorry if you had some issues with placing a booking - our website is optimized for all devices including ipad, Kindle, smartphone etc. We presume the issues were due to slow connection or poor reception but those are beyond our control. We have checked our records and the voucher was forwarded to you four times - three times via email and once to hotel's e-mail. al  What we operate is a small group tour so yes there might be people who purchased the tour via a reseller like Viator. We understand that overall the tour was ok and you enjoyed your time in the Dolomites?
