Thank you for your review, and we sincerely apologise that your Clematis arrived in such a poor state. Whilst we pack our plants as carefully as we can, it's clear that something went wrong in transit on this occasion, and that's not good enough — we're sorry. We're pleased to hear the plant is alive and that you've potted it up well. Clematis can be surprisingly tough, and with the right care it should begin to show signs of recovery over the coming weeks. Do keep it well watered and in a sheltered spot whilst it finds its feet. We haven't heard from you directly yet, and we'd really welcome the chance to make this right. Please do get in touch at support@ashridgetrees.co.uk with your order details — we'd like to discuss how we can best support you. Ashridge
