I have not received my order yet that was placed on 10th September and it's now 21st despite an e.ail saying it had been despatched the next day.

Hi Tina, Huge apologies on behalf of the courier that there was a delay in getting your order to you. As advised in the e mail we sent, it was out for delivery yesterday & having checked the tracking I can see this has now been delivered.

Unfortunately your order did not have all of the correct information, IE your business name when the order was sent over, which is why delivery was delayed. As a gesture of goodwill we did arrange to refund your delivery for you. As requested this is now being returned for a full refund.
