Apologies that the dress you ordered didn’t meet your expectation. Unfortunately as we are a small independent brand we are unable to absorb the returns charge but we try and ensure we are offering the best price and quality for the garment with lots of information on the website to help the customer in their purchase.
We do hope you will shop again with us.

Disappointed that I had to pay to return goods that did not fit. That cost should
