Please accept my apologies for the confusion with your order. The item was in stock and despatched on the date the order was placed. Unfortunately on the 2 occasions the courier attempted to deliver there was no answer. Usually in this instance the parcel is returned to us so we can contact the customer to see if goods are still required, on this occasion the goods had been quanrentined so our customer services were not aware you had not received the order. Following this feedback we have been able to locate the item and have processed the refund to your payment card. I am sincerely sorry that this order was not succefull. Ian Thacker
