Please accept my apologies that we were out of stock when your order was placed. I believe my colleague contacted you at time and offered to send the 2 blades from the twin pack out (as we also stock them individually) to avoid delaying despatch any further. Explaining that you would not receive the case, we understood this was acceptable to you. However we now have the Twin Pack in stock so if you would still require the case please contact Garry in customer service and he will despatch this to you. Please accept my apologies for the lack of customer service you received with your order, this is unacceptable and un excuseable. As you rightly say the issue was not being out of stock it was the lack of communication. We have joined Feefo because we value customer feedack negative and positive. Whilst it does not change the experience you have had with this order i can assure you we will learn from this issue and improve communication moving forward.
