Please accept my apologies for the length of time it took to get your delivery to you, it is extremeley dissapointing that you did not receive the level of service that you have to expect from us. The initial issue was a result of the post code being input incorrectly when you placed your order, however this should have been rectified the following day. Our customer service department did rearrange the delivery with our couriers however they continually failed to implement the revised delivery. This is unaaceptable and i am persuing this issue with them. I cannot apologise enough for the experience you had with this order, i can assure you we have learned from this instance and put safety measures in place to ensure this type of error will not re-occur.
