Please accept my apologies for the delivery issues you experienced. The order was despatched on the 31st July (the day the order was placed). Our courier was unable to locate the address on the 1st August, they attempted to deliver on the 2nd & 3rd but could not gain access to the property. Eventually deliverying on the 6th. I will be discussing this issue with the courier as it seems likely they may have been calling at the wrong proerty. Once again i apologise for the inconvenience caused. Ian Thacker

Please accept my apologies that the drill bits were missing from the drill. These are generally pre packed by the manufacturer so we assumed all would be complete. I believe my colleague despatched them to you the day you notified us of the issue, so i believe the order is now complete. Once again i apologise for any inconvenience caused. Ian Thacker
