Please accept my apologies that the item was out of stock when ordered. As discussed when my colleague contacted you reference the stock shortage the item was on a 4 - 5 day lead time, it was despatched on Friday 7th and goods were delivered this morning. With regards to the delivery charge the £5 is to support orders under £50, assuming the items are in stock they are despatched for next day delivery. Once again i apologise that the item was out of stock when ordered and hope the Toolvest meets your expectations. Ian Thacker

Please accept my apologies that you have not received the invoice, the Scheppach saws are sent directly from the distributor and the invoice is posted seperateely. I will place another copy in the post today. I am surprised at your feedback reference the Scheppach Saw as we have stocked them for some time without any issues. Hopefully when you use the product it will live up to your original expectations. Scheppach offer a superb after sales service so i am sure should any issues arise they will be resolved efficiently.
