1. Supply ALL bought and paid for. We wanted that off-cut, and we sent an email telling you this. You ignored it !
2. Despatch when you stated you would, a reminder from your customer is hardly good...

Thank you for your feedback regarding your order with aluminiumwarehouse.
1. We supplied ALL bought and paid items to the value of £25.02 as per your specific instruction in your order. We apologise that secondary communication made by yourselves to us was not picked up and administered as you would have liked it to be but I assure you this is not a case of ignorance!
2. We did despatch when we stated we did. From time to time deliveries do go wrong unfortunately but that is the nature of the beast when you are sending out in excess of 100 orders every day. The number of customers that have problems with their delivery is far out numbered by the number of those that have no issues at all and we apologise that you are one of the few that have had an issue.
3. We do not send emails that state "deleted without being read". That is in fact your email service giving you that message because you have selected to be notified when emails are read / deleted. We have in the region of 45 employees, not everyone is going to be relevant to your enquiry and so a number of people will delete your email without reading it.
4. # is the generic and historical symbol for number. This is not "hash tag" or an americanisation. I am not sure that the term "shipped" is american but if it is leaving negative feedback in relation to the terminology is hardly necessary.
5. We apologise that the images displayed have upset you so but unfortunately we like to think of ourselves as an update date, current and fashionable company.
If anything else comes to mind, please do bother as we try to keep everyone happy :-)
