Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback in regards to your recent experience with us.
I have looked into this for you and it appears that we dispatched your order ONE business day after you placed it. Once we learnt that you hadn't received delivery we resent it to you.
We sent your order TWICE in 4 days. I have also looked into your account and this is your first order.
There are other people who have accounts with us working at your company but even looking into those accounts, it seems that generally the order have been dispatched within 2 days of the order being placed.
We hope that any failures of a third party courier service aren't taken into account when placing any future orders with us and that you accept our apologies on their behalf.

I am told by 2 colleagues here that your deliveries have been consistently late.
ALSO, when your colleague called me to say that you could not supply 5m lengths and send 4m lengths instead (this having confirmed 5m lengths were in stock), I was assured that I would receive delivery next day (This Tuesday 5th).
If your 3rd party courier is letting you down, surely that’s a good reason to change the supplier (rather than use them as an excuse).
PS Still not received the order which was guaranteed am today after we called for the 3rd time to chase.
Even more disappointed !!!

After my order was place I received it within 48 hours. It was very well packed in heavy duty tubing.

Poor service
This is the second time items were missing from my order. Only half the connector was sent and I had to phone up to get it. Last time parts of castors were missing. You need to get your act together...

Great aluminium all round!
Excellent quality, price & delivery. Not for very small domestic users (due to delivery charge), but bundle your orders and it's the best place to buy aluminium extrusion & plate.
