I was originally mid-sold a policy which was inappropriate for my age
I was mis-sold a policy bin December, which was inappropriate for my age. If I had claimed , the policy was invalid. I think your staff should be better trained

No customer service
Had to extend my stay due to a cancelled flight. Hotline not available on Weekends, and no response to my email to the account provided by Allianz. Disappointing experience, will change to other...
