No Certificate Outlining Cover for immigration/hospitals
Travel insurance is ok but nobclear certification outlining cover is provided for governments/immigration. I requested one but got no reply.

Zero customer service
Please put appropriate resources behind customer care number. No one answered my phone when I needed it. These guys are only interested in collecting premium.
