easy to understand, buy , the staff at customer service was very helpful as well. but i havent claimed yet (hopefully not) so cant comment about the claim process.

My daughter got injured during the trip and we did not get any assistant
Just accomplish what they have sold, and specify what they sell

Bad service
My luggage was broken when I returned from Tokyo to Manchester, I reported to Allianz immediately but I still cannot receive any feedback from Allianz after 4 months.

Avoid them as is waste of money and time
Please avoid buying any travel insurance from them. Unfortunately me and our son got really sick during our trip and we had to get treatment. We submitted a claim for the medical expenses on the 28th...

Have been charged twice
Was charged twice for the holiday insurance. Didn't give trustworthy feeling about the company overall.
