I am investigating your order with our customer services CS at ABB We do refund any postage incurred by the consumer if products are faulty or have been sent in error. I have taken a look at your order. I see that the duvet was returned two weeks after shipment and we reshipped the same day. We have to be careful with bedding returns because of the market we serve. Any bedding that has been used cannot be cleaned and put back into stock as it can in other organisations so we did have to check that as some time had passed the duvet was in a resaleable condition. I also see that we did not charge you for the second delivery of the product. I am sorry you do not think that you were treated fairly but I am afraid I do not think we are at fault on this occasion.

Firstly let me apologise wholeheartedly for the way your order has been handled. I am sorry your word as a customer appeared to have been doubted - that simply should not have happened and I have brought it to the attention of the people concerned. Having looked at the notes about your order I can see there were four requests for the order to be shipped so as far as our customer service personnel were concerned not two but four shipments of your Diodes had been made and you still had not received them. It was only when a fellow director of this company contacted the supplier directly and insisted that the product was sent that day by tracked service that the issue was resolved. You will see from other comments here that this is not the first time this has happened with this particular product. It appears the information from our supplier who ships this product for us was given in error on each occasion we contacted them. They gave us assurances that the products had been shipped and it became apparent over time that there must have been some error with their systems as the products were in fact out of stock at the time. One good thing about Feefo is that it allows us to see patterns which are not visible in the normal day to day of running a business. We have already spoken with our supplier and corrective action has been taken. I will be contacting you offline to further explain the matter. CS at ABB
