I am sorry your order got caught up in a batch of orders on 8th and 9th processed of December which appeared to have gone astray. This is an unusual occurrence for us and I apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you.

I'm sorry to hear you have not received your product. On the 8th and 9th of December we had a batch of orders which appear to have got lost in the postal system. I am afraid it appears yours was one of these. It was processed same day but unfortunately was not delivered. Phones are busy even for us at this time of year so I can understand that you may have been frustrated by not being able to get through. We have checked our email file and it is up to date so I an concerned that your emails have not been reaching us.
We will get in touch with you this morning to offer you next day shipment on us for a replacement product and with luck you will still receive it before Christmas.
