Following up on my email I have taken a look at your order. You submitted it at 08:55 on 17th, we shipped at 14:26 same day by next day service. I am sorry but it appears our couriers let you down. However we chose our couriers so must take responsibility for them so as an apology I am happy to refund your Express P&P charges.

The information that customer services gave you was correct. We had placed an order with our supplier and it was due at the time the lady told you. In the meantime our supplier decided to give the stock for our order to another (larger) customer. Sorry but we were caught out.

Sorry our service was not as it should have been. Looking at your order details the first call you made to us should have been followed up with our supplier which it was not. Had that happened it would have been discovered that our supplier had not received the order which what caused the delay. Not good enough and we have tightened up our procedures. Many apologies.
