Allergy Best Buys has once again declined to make any kind of recompense for their breach of contract. They freely admit that they broke it and have given me no excuse or explanation, but aren't going to do anything to prevent future breaches of contract and aren't going to give me so much as an extra pair of gloves as compensation.
If this were a business order instead of a small personal one, I'd be calling my lawyer at this point. As it is, they've not caused me enough harm for it to be worth suing for damages.

I have taken a look at the email trail regarding this purchase. It appears we made a genuine error which we corrected. We despatched replacement on receipt of some of the goods we originally shipped. Our customer service staff were polite, friendly and helpful at all times. It must have been annoying for you but occasionally mistakes are made. It was most unfortunate that this has happened twice to you but your feedback is most helpful and we can adjust some procedures so this does not reoccur. So thank you for taking the evident time and trouble to sent us detailed feedback.
With regard to the product we are disappointed it does not meet your standards. Until your review it had 100% positive reviews. If you are planning on dealing with us again then may I recommend you testing our bamboo gloves which, until this point, have too received 100% positive reviews. As regards compensation at no point did you indicate this was a requirement. We thought that a mistake had been corrected courteously and professionally and that would suffice. My apologies if we misread the situation and also for the inconvenience caused to you.

Generally speaking, I like my customer services staff to use full sentences when answering emails. I also like it when companies try to make amends for their egregious failures beyond what is legally required of them. As I noted in my first email, this kind of breach of contract is so severe that you do not even list it as a reason for complaint on your invoices, because *it ought not to ever happen*. Goods are sometimes faulty. Goods are sometimes damaged in transit. But shipping half what was ordered is simply sloppy.

It also had thirteen reviews before mine. That's not exactly a reliable sample. Any fool who has used Amazon or ebay knows that. I would also like to point out that, had I reviewed you the last time you made this exact same mistake, you would have 87% positive feedback; and that I have never received an order from you that *didn't* have faulty gloves in it, but have never bothered to complain about this on its own.

That's simply not true. I won't call it a lie, but you can't possibly have read my emails with the slightest care if you think that's true. I asked for recompense in both of them, very clearly. I quote:
"I do not know what your company policy is for errors of this magnitude, but I would ordinarily expect a refund for at least the half of the order you failed to provide (plus shipping), if not the whole thing."
"I would also like recompense for the error and the faulty gloves; 6 extra pairs of gloves seems appropriate."
You are not changing my impression that your company is both sloppy and uninterested in customer service beyond what's necessary to avoid bad reviews.

Due to the amount fo trouble they've given me, I went to look up my statutory rights. It turns out that I have legal rights to goods that are of satisfactory quality, including durability, and that they must last a reasonable length of time. I feel that a garment that doesn't last a week of light use without starting to develop holes is not lasting a reasonable time.
If they were advertised as disposable, that would be fine, but they're actually advertised as "ideal for adults to wear during the day under work gloves" (that is, stout enough to survive manual labour), so they're also arguably not "as described" (another legal right).
By comparison, if I were to spend a similar amount second-hand suits, I'd expect garments that would still be respectable and in decent repair after a couple of years of regular use. With these gloves, I need to buy new ones every few months as the old ones get beyond repair.
I have revised my assessment of the quality sharply downward. As I said above, I will keep buying them because I don't know anyone better - but as soon as I do find someone who sells products that are of the advertised quality, last a decent time and are delivered in full, I'm ditching these bandits.

It appears you don't like our company, our rather nice and pleasant customer services ladies, our policies, our products and our use of the english language.
I therefore think there is little point in furthering this relationship. I do not wish to see you without a product you need so I am refunding what you have paid for this order to enable you to buy the product from another vendor. I am also sending you a duplicate order to tide you over until you find a vendor to your liking.
Everything works, quick delivery, used it for just over a week and my skin as improved so much quicker then it would if I was on steroid creams. Best I've ever seen my skin in a very long time
Although it was not the wright size for what I wanted I could not falt the company. I returned the itam and they let me know when they got it and when they refunded my money.
