We were delighted to have secured you a fantastic result and feel the fee criticism is a little unfair as we are very clear about our costs up front and we are an optional service. Our service is priced at 25% inclusive of VAT. Our competitors charge between 30% to 36% when VAT is factored in. In fact, we calculate you saved £206.67 by using us compared to the next best priced competitor. As a business, we make a relatively modest profit after we factor in system investment, staffing costs and office overheads.

Helpful and non judgemental
