Product and price OK but I sent an email within 24 hours of order asking to cancel as it was sent in error. No reply but goods sent anyway

Good afternoon, I am sorry for the problem with your order. I have gone back through our records on eBay and we do not seem to have had an email from you. If you sent it via eBay, can you forward it to us again so we can see what happened please. If you did not send the email via eBay, can you give us the email address you did use to see if it was received. I want to apologise again for the problem with your order.
