Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry that the initial experience with allaboutsafes has not been that of a pleasurable one, please allow me the time to explain what has happened with your enquiry below. Upon receipt of your email advising of the non receipt of your product and subsequent issue of contacting our office I phoned you immediately to ascertain what had happened. Thank you for notifying us of the phone issue experienced. We have had to chance to contact or phone line supplier to investigate further and received confirmation that there was a temporary issue with inbound calls. With regards to the delay to the product being delivered it became apparent that our manufacturer was temporarily out of stock (of a revised model) and this had not been communicated to us. Burton have since received replenished stock and your product has now been received. I hope that the swift action taken from us as soon as we were aware of the problem gives good faith to us as a business. As a family run business customer satisfaction is at the top of our priority and I am sorry that certain factors prevented from this being present.
