Good Morning Mr West. Unfortunately the information that was provided to you was the information given to ourselves by Linda at Jeani Accessories. As advised on our phone call she stated that there was a delay on this item due to a manufacturing delay and this was also the same for the other unit you asked myself to see if we could obtain and she also stated that this unit was not in stock with other suppliers as she had checked. We can clearly see now that this information provided to us and then advised to yourself was not the case and this has been taken up with the managers at Jeani Accessories. With regards to your refund this was processed in full on the same day as our telephone conversation. Again please accept my apologies for all of this. Because of the false information provided to us by Jeani Accessories there products have been d-listed from our website until they have sufficient stock to complete orders we get for these items. Kind Regards Nathan Swann

Good Morning David Please accept my apologies for this. Unfortunately the Tass range is very large and very popular and it is very difficult to keep all items in stock. We are speaking with Tass to see if we can get delivery's from them quicker to prevent long delays on orders such as yours. Going forward our stock on the tass products will be more readily available as we are expanding our stock range. Kind Regards Nathan Swann

Good Morning David Many Thanks for your response we sent an email on the 21/08/2015 at 15.30Pm advising that this item was out of stock and would be ordered from Tass. Kind Regards Nathan Swann
