Thank you for your feedback. Kind Regards Martin Randall

Good Morning Peter Firstly please accept my apologies for this. We do carry a very large amount of Texecom products in stock which means we are able to ship 99% of Texecom items out for next day delivery. With your order the situation was that we were showing x 1 of the GEA-0002 left in stock and subsequently marked your order as dispatched. However when we came to pick this kit a different kit was in its place and had been received incorrectly into stock. As this kit has recently been discontinued by Texecom we refunded your order immediately as Texecom confirmed that they no-longer had these kits in stock. Steps have been taken in order to prevent this from happening again. we now have all 5 replacement Texecom alarm kits in stock and ready to ship. Once again please accept my apologies for this and we hope that we can have dealings with you in the future. Kind Regards Nathan Swann
