Good afternoon Martin, Thanks for the feedback on the Nighthawk. While it's good to know that you've had good service from us, please know that if you have any problems with the Nighthawk that we'll have no problem having it replaced for you. I can see orders from you going back for nearly 3 years now, but I can't see any replacements ever processed out to you despite the units being under warranty still, so if you have already got some that need replacing, feel free to get in touch. We did have a period of consistent faults with the Nighthawks which ESP were made aware of, but they seem to have been resolved over the past year or so. Regardless, my email address is sam@alertelectrical.com if you need to get in touch. Kind regards, Samuel Hayman
