We understand your frustration and disappointment, and we take full responsibility for the mistakes that were made. We acknowledge that you were initially sent the wrong items, and we are glad that we were able to rectify this situation. However, we regret that the corrected order also contained an incorrect quantity. This is a clear indication that our order fulfilment process needs improvement and steps have already been taken to improve this area. Additionally, we are deeply sorry that one of the verso rcbos you received was faulty. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and its highly unusual to have a faulty Verso RCBO with the extensive testing these units go through.so we will speak to Verso on this issue. We also hope that you will give us another chance to demonstrate our commitment to providing you with the excellent products and service that you deserve.
