I am so sorry to hear that there was an issue with the box in which your hat was packed and dispatched. I have exported countless scout hats to the USA and to the rest of the world and this is the first time I have encountered a problem like this. Your valuable feedback will ensure that I look at the packaging I use for international deliveries and that I will improve upon the rigidity of the packing materials and boxes.
