Wonderful meat

The chickens taste like chicken, not bland like most you buy. The gammon steaks are simply that quality gammon, not the thin slices most call steaks these days and the stewing steak is simply divine.

Unlike most on line butchers A.M. send their goods in fully recyclable packaging - my wheelie bin is now on a four weekly collection so being able to recycle is very important!

Excellent product,excellently packed and delivered and surprisingly cheap!

I have taken years to find a proper black pudding with substantial pieces of pork fat! To provide succulence and basting to stop it drying out in cooking.One wee grumble,it's a little too crumbly....
