I started by having a talk with the advisor in Bedford Age UK who was very helpful in answering all my questions. When I rang to buy the plan I again received excellent service.
I have made several contacts over a few weeks discussing various aspects and products and each time the responses have been friendly and professional. I can recommend their services.

Although my cheque has been cashed I have received no acknowledgement of the purchase of this funeral plan.I telephoned Age concern this morning and was told someone would 'phone me at 2.30pm today....
