Spoiled fruit and meat quality and cuts NOT up to specs

Awful customer service to launch a complaint. Half of the food is SPOILED. No funds returned.

It is important to note that items such as mangoes and watermelons are unique in that their internal quality cannot be assessed until they are cut open. Based on the photo of your order prior to dispatch, which we have attached, the fruits appeared to be in good condition at the time they left our facility. Regarding the lamb leg, it was delivered as ordered. Could you kindly provide further details about the specific issues you encountered with this item? Thanks for your feedback to my comments. There is one more point I wish to make , a point I left out in my original comments. I would like to commend the Packaging Team at Ades Foods for paying meticulous attention in ensuring that the food items are well wrapped and well preserved whilst in transit. The Packaging Team pays just as much attention and care in seeing that the items are placed in securely sealed packaging.. To this end I give Ades Foods high marks for the following 1, Customer Services (over the phone ) 2, The Packaging Team 3, The Delivery Services and 4, The Quality & Taste of the Food . I had only minor reservations on one or two items which I have already brought to the attention of Ades Foods . . They were isolated cases. I am hopeful that Ades Foods will make the necessary adjustments to those criticsms made as per those specific items.

Very well packaged.

Everything I ordered was in stock. Expiry date was upto date and food containers and bottles were well package. Nothing was damaged/broken.
