I am so sorry to hear the packaging was damaged. The Bath Time Wine Glass Holder is usually sent out using our packet rate service to avoid a high delivery charge on a small item, however they should have been sufficiently packaged to protect from damage. Excellent service. Delivery much mch better than most - e-mail recieved day before delivery so arrangements could be made rather than just knowing delivery would be sometime in the next few days!
