Polite and efficient over the phone but perhaps an unlucky mix up due to a silly email saying my order would not now take the few days to arrive as assured but would now take 2 - 3 weeks. (It came the next day as it happens, but not before I had decided to order a different item as I needed a christening gift speedily).. that arrived too and has been sent back. Would like to know it has arrived and that I have been reimbursed.

Thank you for your review. This was truly a mixup - human error - and we have now improved our system to reduce the risk of this happening again. We are continually working on system improvements. I am sorry we didn't phone you about the return. We do always email customers confirming receipt of returns but I can see that in this case we should have phoned you, for which I apologise.
