Thank you for giving us your feedback. We can see you placed your order on a monday and it was dispatched on friday. This is because your item was not in our main warehouse and we therefore had to call it in. Because it was dispatched on a friday does mean that it was not delivered until the monday, so we can appreciate this seemed to be rather a long delivery time. We do strive to dispatch our orders as quickly as possible and in most cases find that we can do this either next day or a few at most. However, the occasional shoes can take longer and we are sorry for this. We do recommend giving us a call if you need your item for a specific date so that we can give you a clearer estimate on delivery time. We are sorry this was not as quick as you hoped and we hope this did not cause you any inconvenience.

We have looked into your order and can see you placed the order on sunday afternoon and your item was dispatched on wednesday for next day delivery. A lot of our items are in our main warehouse which can mean free next day delivery, and others we have to call in such as yours. We do email all of our customers giving them a worst case scenario of 5-7 working days. However, we almost always manage to do it in half this time. as in your case as it was dispatched in 3. If you are in a rush to receive an item you can always give us a call and we can give you a more detailed estimate so that you have a better idea of when you should be receiving it. We are sorry you felt this was too long and thank you for your feedback.

Great!. We do not offer exchanges as such but we just ask that you return the shoes you no longer want and re-order the size you do. We found this to be both more efficient and accurate for our customers. If you have any queries then please do not hesitate to call us.

We are very sorry that you received shoes that had imperfections, we have strict structures in place to prevent things like this happening without at least informing the customer first and obviously this had failed. I can see that we refunded you the full price of the shoe and the cost of postage for returning the items to you as you say.
