Thank you for your feedback, we can appreciate not having the option to deliver to another person is frustrating, and we do hope this is something that will be changed in the future; however we currently have this in place for fraud purposes. We are happy to hear you are happy with the shoes nonetheless.

We are sorry to hear you are unhappy. Unfortunately we cannot offer 20% off orders that have already been dispatched if ordered before the promotion. In situations such as these you are more than welcome to re-place the order with the discount during the promotion and return the other pair.
