We are sorry we failed to send out your order next day as you asked and sorry for the trouble caused. You accepted the offer to refund the difference in postage between next day and first class over the phone and did not say you weren't happy with that offer. Your subsequent order has been upgraded to next day delivery at no charge and should arrive tomorrow. We can always deliver to a work address to avoid you having to wait in for stuff.
The pan handle is meant to attach firmly and not be removed during a cooking session so hopefully you should avoid burnt fingers.

Thank you. The reason I didn't complain initially is because I generally don't complain, but seeing as you go to the trouble to seek feedback using Feefo, I thought I'd let you know. I do now feel that your commitment to customer satisfaction is good, as you have now apologized and sought to resolve the problem.
With regards to the pan, I bought the pan because, like other pans with detachable handles, I thought it was designed to be easily attached/ detached during cooking to make it easy enough to handle without the need for an oven glove. That's really what I was looking for. I travel extremely lightly, usually only taking a rucksack for a week's camping, so this item seemed like a good choice (it seemed as thought it was intended for light campers), but if I need accessories to be able to use it, then I feel that it's not as practical as I'd hoped. I still feel that it could be designed slightly better.
