As I explained in my reply to your email, (copied below), the only stone available or even described on our website at the time of your purchase was the ceramic one. The picture was updated recently, as soon as we received a copy from Gransfors, so no further confusion should arise.
I apologise that we were not able to fulfil the other part of your order.
"Hi Mark,
The only axe stone currently in production is the ceramic version we have sent you. The description on our website, following your link below, is for the ceramic one. The picture does indeed show a black cover, I apologise for this, we will correct it as soon as possible. If the stone wont do for you then by all means send it back in its original packaging and we will issue a refund. However we cannot offer you a stone version instead as gransfors are still trying to source the stone. It seems likely to be at least next year before there is any chance of them producing the stone version.
