We were very sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with the Superline track. The Feefo feedback was the first that had heard of this problem but if we had known beforehand, we would have offered some further assistance as there are ways to better suit the track to your needs. This particular product comes ready packaged with the standard universal brackets which only have a projection of 40mm. There are, however, double brackets available as a related product which project much further (112mm) and are priced at £9.99 per pack of 4. As your 500cm track came with 16 x universal brackets, you would need to purchase 4 x packs of these double brackets, which are available as either wall-fix or top-fix. We also usually keep these items in stock here at the office and so can offer a reduced postage charge of £4.75 instead of £7.75. Alternatively, if you wanted to keep the standard brackets, then you could always attach an extra bit of wooden batton to your wall and screw the brackets into these to increase the projection.
