We're very sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the Cordstyle product. We had not received any communication from you regarding your order, so we were unaware of the problems with your product until we received this Feefo review. We have since spoken to you on the phone and obtained further information about your requirements. As your curtains weighed around 30kg, these would be classed as mucher greater than extra-heavyweight curtains and subsequently the Cordstyle was indeed not suitable. Although we have requested email transcripts of the email enquiries you sent through, we have unfortunately received nothing to date. We have since obtained a quote for more suitable products - the Silent Gliss 3900 and 6370 tracks - which we have emailed over, including a special discount for any inconvenience caused, but haven't heard anything since. The manufacturers of this pole have always included the length of the finials with the length of the pole itself on the box. This information was stated in the product description: ("package labelling indicates the combined length of the pole (as stated above) and the finials.") and Sophie did mention this at the time of ordering. This is not standard proceedure in the industry and I'm sorry if it caused confusion when the delivery turned up. With regards to delivery, we are unfortunately at the mercy of the courier companies upholding their side of the delivery contract. We understand that the driver initially turned up on the correct next working day but then couldn't find your order on his van and so delivered the following day.
