Hi there Mr Mills,
I apologise that you were not happy with our customer service, I will attempt to explain our actions as best I can, as it was me you spoke to on the phone.
We have never shied away from the fact that we do not carry stock and merely order the goods to go direct to yourself from the manufacturer, and as such we can only sell what the manufacturer provides us with. In this instance, the track you ordered could only come as a full kit and not just as the track length without any of the brackets, gliders etc, which I did apologise for at the time.
You also did explain that the track split as you were bending it as per the manufacturers instructions, and were perfectly sure when you were on the phone to me that it was not a manufacturers fault, but your own. This is also evident in your description in the product review. Had you stated to me that you wished to return the product and felt that is was a manufacturer's fault (considering that you stated that your followed their instructions and used the bending inserts), I would have actioned that as per our Returns Policy and organised an exchange for you, which the manufacturer agreed with when I passed the incident on to them.
The email has not been answered as I felt that everything was covered with our phone conversation which occurred after the email was sent.
I apologise again that you were not satisfied with our level of customer service, as you can see from our feedback history we strive to provide good customer service. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by this incident, and apologise for not getting back in contact after the weekend in question.

Apologies, after looking again, the one way cord on the Superluxe only goes up to a 275cm length, which doesn't fit your specifications. They are double corded on the bigger sizes. We would be happy to look into other tracks for you though if you are unhappy with the product. Please get in touch if you would like to investigate further for you.

My original post hasn't posted for some reason, which puts my other post out of context. You are still within the 2 week returns policy and we would be happy to give you a refund for your item under the no quibble refund policy we have. I thought of the Superluxe which comes in 5m but have since seen that certain lengths do not come corded on one side. By changing the gliders it may affect the life span of your track and we would rather you had an adequate product that would last. Don't hesitate to get in contact if you would like us to help you further. if you do chose to send your track back just pop the original gliders back on and we can get it sorted for you.
