Regarding the early finish, this was due to your group requesting to ski in Les Gets despite the lesson starting in Morzine. Your instructor let you know that she'd need time to return to Morzine for the afternoon lessons. These timing constraints were flagged before the group decided to ski to Les Gets. The journey back is longer than it may appear, particularly busy during school holidays. It isn't always possible for instructors to bypass these queues. It's also worth noting that the lessons were booked for Morzine. Lessons are designed to run in the area where they begin. Guests wishing to ski in other areas typically book lessons there from the outset. However, we understand your frustration, and we'd never want a guest to feel short-changed.
