Apologies for this. Rather unusual for a UPS delivery.
Having looked at your order I notice there were no special delivery instructions. It would probably be a good idea in future to mention that it is a Birthday present / please do not leave with neighbour as the couriers do take notice of any instructions given. This would apply to any web purchase.
